good news for civil servants!

The overall income for civil servants, comprising salary and allowances, must exceed two thousand ringgit from this year onwards.

The Prime Minister also announced that under the revamped Public Service Remuneration System, government employees’ salary increment will be higher than 13%.

Meanwhile, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also urged the private sector to follow suit…and ensure competitive salaries for their workers.

Mussels from the waters off Port Dickson are still not safe for consumption.

The Fisheries Department says a fifth round of tests this week showed that the samples still contained high levels of biotoxins.

Malaysia managed to attract 5.8 million tourists in the first quarter of the year…which is an over 32 percent increase from the same period in 2023.
