Scientists determined this according to the ‘Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi Standards’ and apparently the Victoria’s Secret model’s face scored 94.35 per cent, the closest to perfection.
If you’re wondering what the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi is, it is a way of measuring facial proportions in accordance with classic Greek calculations,, which the scholars applied while trying to define beauty with scientific formula!

Coming in at the second place is Beyonce with a face that is 92.44 per cent perfect, and Amber Heard in the third place with 91.85 per cent!
Dr Julian De Silva, an eminent facial cosmetic surgeon conducted the measurements and said that Bella Hadid was the clear winner.
Hmmm, interesting but Twitter is still not having it.
