The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) World Cup that was held in China last weekend had everyone holding on to their seats because it was that intense!

Every other participant climbing the wall like his or her body was made of some sort of spring impressed us but the Indonesian girl was a clear standout!

She raced up the 15m course in less than 7 seconds, breaking the women’s world record and also becoming the first woman to climb a speed wall in just 6.995 seconds!

WHOA!
