Taiwan’s quarantine rules are pretty strict and no one under quarantine is allowed to leave their rooms, no matter for how long or how quick.

The Department of Health emphasized that they do not want people to think that it’s okay to leave their rooms in any circumstance during their period of quarantine. There are currently 56 quarantine hotels in Kaohsiung City.

Taiwan has been very serious in containing the spread of COVID-19. The island country of 23 million people has recorded just 716 cases and seven deaths, according to sources.

Way to go, Taiwan! And guys, please adhere to the SOPs set and help in flattening the curve!
