A 13 year-old girl in Singapore could have had the best day of her life trying to drive a van at her age, if only she had engaged the right gear.
She stepped on the accelerator on “reverse” and drove backwards, sliding down a slope and then into a drain.

We’re glad the girl is not injured, she just got her glasses knocked off.
Her friend’s 15-year-old sister, Rania, told police her sister was told to pick something up from the van by their uncle, but her sister gave the keys to this girl… who apparently climbed into the van and started the engine. Although she panicked, she still managed to crawl out of the vehicle with no injuries.
Their uncle, Kumar who is the owner of the van couldn’t say anything as they are all children and they must have been curious.
They got tow trucks to lift the van out of the drain.
We’re glad no one’s hurt. That’s one “traumatic” experience indeed!
