There’s a reason why we call them a man’s best friend. We can really learn a lot from a dog’s unconditional love, loyalty, and companionship towards its human until their very last breath.
One dog in the Turkish city of Trabzon waited outside a hospital for 6 days to be reunited with its 68-year-old owner, Cemal Senturk, who was hospitalized for a blood clot in his brain.

According to the Daily Sabah, the devoted doggo followed the ambulance that sent the man to the hospital on 14 January and continued to visit the hospital every day for almost a week, accompanied by the family.
Senturk’s daughter, Aynur Egeli told The Guardian that despite her attempts to take the dog home, it would return to the hospital on its own.
Senturk took in Boncuk, the dog, nine years ago and had been inseparable with him ever since.
A security guard pointed out that Boncuk would wait outside of the hospital every day at 9 am until nightfall without entering, “When the door opens, she pokes her head inside.”
Boncuk was finally reunited with its owner in a heartwarming video that recently went viral on social media, and she can be seen running and jumping in excitement around Senturk, who was being wheeled out in a wheelchair.
“She’s very used to me. And I miss her, too, constantly. They bring joy, make people happy. They provide companionship just like humans, and they make people happy,” Senturk told The Guardian.
What a sweet girl. We’re glad that Boncuk got to see its owner again!
