Long distance relationships (LDR) can really kill the mood for Valentine’s Day. What’s worse? Seeing all the other couples being a little more lovey-dovey on that day!
But wait! We’ve got some ideas to make your Valentine’s Day more special, and make the rest of them jealous! Nope, we’re not going to suggest you to have a skype call… Check these out!
1. MAKE A VIDEO!

So we’re sure you’d send some cute videos every now and then to your partner. Why don’t you compile them and make it into a …. short film? Have your own storyline, with of course, you as the HERO of your story!
2. WATCH A MOVIE TOGETHER!

… from miles apart. Isn’t that sweet? Pick a movie, get the popcorn ready, open the chatbox, fix a time and watch the movie together!
You have no idea how good it feels like to watch a movie together (although you’re far away) and crack jokes in between.
Try it. And you’d feel, so near…. (even though you’re so far…)
3. SEND AN ANONYMOUS PARCEL!

There will be something that the world doesn’t know about your better half but you do! Choose THAT gift, wrap it, and send the parcel out for delivery! One important point to note is: keep it under wraps!
We’re pretty sure your other half would definitely know it’s from you, but… what’s Valentine’s without a cute ‘you-make-me-smile’ gesture?
4. ARRANGE FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED!

Some people just love the old-school way. If you’re one of those people, worry not!
Call a nearby florist and get them to deliver a bouquet with a special note to your significant other! Sometimes, less is more.
5. FLY!

Well, if you’ve been thinking about them too much lately… we think you should just pack your bags and go SEE THEM! Book the ticket, apply your leave and go and spend the day with them. Valentine’s only comes once a year…Y.O.L.O!
