Cranberries’ “Zombie” Hits A Billion Views On YouTube!

Well, true story. The Cranberries’ “Zombie” has pretty much been stuck in our heads ever since it surpassed a billion views on YouTube recently!

The 1994 song is only the sixth from the 20th century to reach this milestone amongst Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain”, “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit”, A-ha’s “Take On Me” and Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.

The Cranberries are the first Irish music group to join YouTube’s 1 billion views club!

For the last few months, the band has been seeking support from fans to help push this music video to reach the target and they’re indeed elated that it worked, on April 18!

Zombie’s songwriter, the late Dolores O’Riordan, would definitely be so proud right now.

So why not contribute to the growing numbers, as it’s the least we could do? Watch the music video here:
