The movie has drawn $121 million overseas just over the weekend, securing first place in nearly all international markets!

China: $18.7 million in 3 days for top contributor
U.K: $8.4 million
Italy: $6.6 million
Mexico: an estimated $9.2 million in 3 days
Also, if you guys didn’t already know, Aladdin is the top release this year in Indonesia and the second highest in India, as well as Vietnam!
The original animated movie in 1992 generated $502 million at the worldwide box office. And we’re pretty sure it’s going to reach that number soon, or break it!

I went in expecting the worst and I was pleasantly surprised! I loved this. The broadway production is still my favorite. I thought Will Smith did a superb job. They all did great!
