Celebrities first did what they could to create awareness when the pandemic first broke, and then there was silence for a while… Now, they’re back again, to remind people that the virus is still out there!

Jennifer Aniston is one of them.

On Sunday, she posted a rather scary photo of her friend who had been hospitalized after contracting the virus. She added that the friend had no underlying health conditions prior to being affected by COVID-19.

This is our friend Kevin. Perfectly healthy, not one underlying health issue. This is Covid. This is real. ⠀ ⠀ We can't be so naive to think we can outrun this...if we want this to end, and we do, right? The one step we can take is PLEASE #wearadamnmask.⠀ ⠀ Just think about those who've already suffered through this horrible virus. Do it for your family. And most of all yourself. Covid affects all ages. PS this photo was taken in early April (he gave me permission to post!). Thank god he has almost recovered now. Thank you all for your prayers 🙏🏼❤️

We're glad that her friend is now “almost recovered” and the photo was taken in early April.

She pleaded with everyone to wear a mask and think about others around them, if they’re not thinking about themselves.

We’d like to emphasize that as well. The numbers might relatively still be low here in Malaysia, but guys, the virus is still out there. It’s better to be safe than sorry so wear your masks, please!
