There will be no more roadblocks in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya as the Klang Valley enters Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan starting Friday (Sept 10).
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob confirmed that movement between the above-mentioned places is allowed and that it was decided by the Special Committee on COVID-19 Pandemic Management.
But wait, here are a few other SOPs for FULLY VACCINATED people in states that have entered Phase 2:
- Long-distance couples are allowed to travel inter-state.
- Parents are allowed to travel inter-state to meet their children who are below 18.
- Dine-in at food premises is allowed.
- Tourist activities within the same state are allowed.
It does sound good, however please remember to stay safe and practise physical-distancing when you’re out as the COVID-19 cases still remain high. Also, be sure to get yourself fully vaccinated. Together, we can #FlattenTheCurve.
