Gwyneth Paltrow told Variety that she is planning on retiring from her character, Pepper Potts because she’s “a bit old to be in a suit and all at this point”.

For the last decade, we have seen Iron Man’s secretary grow to eventually become his girlfriend, and it’s definitely going to be hard to let her go.
She added that the Avengers: Endgame would be the last movie in the franchise that she’d be suiting up for.
