In the recent Avengers: Endgame trailer, we saw Tony Stark adrift in space, and his survival didn’t seem very likely.

Well, it appears that the folks at NASA have heard about Iron Man’s plight too, and have offered some space advice to the Avengers, on Twitter.

NASA’s advice was for the Avengers to keep at ear out for a distress call from Stark that mirror’s NASA’s infamous ‘Houston, we have a problem” phrase.

Since it seems likely that Stark might not have an operable communications device that can reach Earth, considering that he has run out of food, water and is almost out of oxygen too, NASA offered them an alternative method: Avengers on the ground should use all their resources to scan the skies for Iron Man.

We’re hoping this advice could really help the Avengers, who at the moment are a little short staffed since Thanos snapped his fingers at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.

But who knows, maybe Thor will be able to fly out into space and help Stark once they locate him. In fact, a zoomed-in look at NASA’s photo in the tweet by a sharp-eyed Twitter user hints that Thor might already be on the case.

We truly hope the Avengers manage to find Iron Man!
