Thanksgiving was last week and it’s usually a big celebration for Americans. However, with COVID ‘everywhere’, people have been pushed to adapt to the new norm the whole of 2020.

It still didn’t stop some of them from losing their spirit to celebrate the day. Jessica Kantrowitz, a writer, was kind enough to solace the ones celebrating alone or feeling lonely through a virtual Thanksgiving dinner on Twitter!
If anyone is alone today and feeling lonely, you are invited to my Thanksgiving dinner. I made lemon & rosemary turkey. Tell me your hair & eye color & what you’re bringing, & I’ll draw you in. pic.twitter.com/DCgJUUICwe

We’re surprised how many people actually responded to it and the dinner table was full in just a day. Look at who else joined in the party.
Sorry I’m a slow drawer, but I’m so glad so many of you can come! @simplyjennifer and Ken have already sat down. pic.twitter.com/IHyU9kqhTj

.@birdie1974 Welcome! And for all in the back, you are just as much a part of the gang, don’t worry. Also you do have arms and we all do you have legs but I was afraid it would look too much like a spider if I just drew all the black Stick Figure legs sticking out. :) pic.twitter.com/X9beYLa7JN

Sometimes, life really is about the little things. Times are hard, so let’s do what little we can to make the world a better place to live in.
We hope they had a good Thanksgiving dinner, though. Anyone wants to join in? Hit them up if it’s still on, maybe?
