While playing UNO, how many times have you had one Action Card left but were forced to take an extra two cards because, those were the rules of the game? You couldn’t end on an action card like +4, +2, Reverse, WILD, etc.

Yes! If a Draw Two or Wild Draw 4 is the last card played, then the next player will still need to pick up those cards to be added to the final counts.

You can end a game with an Action Card!

Yes, you can end the game with an action card. If it is however, a Draw Two or Wild Draw Four card, the next player must draw the 2 or 4 cards respectively. These cards are counted when the points are totaled.
