No. 5 seed Dominic Thiem is through to the third round of the Australian Tennis Open after defeating Australian wild card Alex Bolt in a five-set thriller.
Thiem says it was a difficult game adding that he enjoyed the partisan crowd..
"It was a tough match. Alex played great with great support, it was great fun to play for him and for me to play in such an atmosphere.I think it was my first win on Melbourne Arena so I'm very happy."
Joining him in the third round are Alex Zverev and Daniil Medvedev, while Rafael Nadal is set to take to the courts later.
Tottenham are keen to re-sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid but are only willing to fork out 25 million pounds for the Welsh winger.
Bale has a contract until 2022 and Bale's agent has ruled out any potential loan deal for him.
However, Bale is still being linked with a move away from Spain and Spurs manager Jose Mourinho is keen to land the 30-year-old.
Barcelona are making a late move for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
The France international has long been expected to leave the Blues this month, with Inter Milan regarded as favourites for the 33-year-old's signature.
Chelsea are seeking around 10 million pounds to sell Giroud.
