Zidane rubbishes Bale rumours
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has rubbished speculation that Gareth Bale is on his way out in January.
Zidane says the Welsh winger has been working hard in training and remains a key member of the squad...despite pushing for a move to China this past summer.
The Real boss also clarified that Bale's trip to England this week was to deal with a personal matter, denying reports that the player is working on a move to the Premeirship.
Sonny Bill to become highest paid rugby player
New Zealand All Blacks star Sonny Bill Williams is reportedly considering a big money switch to Super League side Toronto Wolfpack.
The deal is worth an estimated 6.2 million dollars over two years - which would make Williams the highest paid player in the world in both rugby league and rugby union.
The 34-year-old is expected to call time on his union career after the All Blacks' third-place World Cup playoff against Wales on Friday.
