Govt Studying Fuel Subsidy Revision For High Earners

The government is still studying the best mechanism for the proposed revision of petrol subsidies for high income earners.

The Prime Minister says discussions have been ongoing for the past several weeks involving various ministries and committees…saying the objective is not to burden the upper-middle income group, and to come up with a system than can be implemented effectively.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim adds that the matter is expected to be finalised soon.

Google is warning of a new tactic by scammers, who are now sending messages designed to look like Google alerts in order to steal your passwords and banking details.

It says these scam emails often claim that there’s been a suspicious sign-in detected, with the tech giant warning users to be cautious of emails from unofficial domains or those containing suspicious links.
