As of Sunday morning, Serian and Samarahan, Sarawak continue to report hazardous Air Pollutant Index readings of over 300.
Meanwhile, Kuching and Sri Aman reported very unhealthy API readings, while another 8 locations there have unhealthy API levels.
Unhealthy API readings have also been registered in Batu Muda, KL; Johan Setia, Selangor; and Labuan.
This, as the Health Ministry said that the haze has caused cases of asthma and conjunctivitis to surge last week, compared to the previous week.
However, there have been no reports of deaths linked to haze-related complications.

The govt is taking every possible measure to help locate two Fire and Rescue Dept officers who are still uncontactable following the massive flash floods and landslides in Nepal.
The Housing and Local Govt Ministry says it’s working closely with Wisma Putra on the matter.
The two officers were among a group of 10 Malaysians who were in Nepal as part of a trip to Everest Base Camp.

Also, Wisma Putra says so far, 55 Malaysians in Nepal, and 36 in China remain uncontactable.
This, Nepal said that the overall death toll now stands at nearly 700 while 2,400 others are missing.
