A list of standardized COVID-19 SOPs for the nationwide MCO is available on the National Security Council’s website.

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says detailed guidelines for respective sectors will be released soon, by the relevant ministries.

Datuk Seri Ismail adds that any changes to the SOPs will be made based on the current situation.

No blanket moratorium during MCO3.0

Bank Negara says a blanket automatic loan moratorium will not be reintroduced during the nationwide Movement Control Order.

It says it's because most economic sectors have been allowed to operate.

Instead, banks will continue to offer aid and targeted moratoriums to those in need of financial assistance.

New COVID-19 cases close to 4k

Malaysia has continued to record a spike in new COVID-19 cases, with 3,973 infections today.

Selangor had the most cases at 1,328, followed by Sarawak, and KL.

The Health Ministry also reported 22 fatalities, raising the death toll to 1,722.
