Malaysia is forecasted to face the third phase of the high tide phenomenon!

This is expected to last for several days until February 3rd.

The Irrigation and Drainage Department says the seawater level will be at its highest level, which could cause flooding during major high tides.

This, as more than 14 thousand people are now housed at flood relief centres.

Johor remains the worst-hit state, with over 5,000 evacuees.

The other evacuees are in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Sabah and Selangor.
