A decision has been made on the use of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba has confirmed that Malaysia will continue its plan to use the vaccine as adverse effects are still considered rare...

This comes after reports alleged that some recipients in the UK experienced adverse side-effects.

Malaysia recorded 1,300 Covid-19 infections yesterday along with 5 fatalities.

Sarawak topped the list with the highest number of cases with 385, followed by Selangor and Kelantan.

This as we reported 10 new Covid-19 clusters, with 5 of them being workplace-related clusters.

Malaysiakini - 'Viral police notice on interstate travel was not meant for  public'

There are no new directives on the requirements for interstate travel permits.

Cheras police stressed on this, following a viral notice at its police demanding strict proof due which they say was only supposed to be a verbal reminder to officers.

This is merely to ensure officers on duty are more careful when processing applications from the public for interstate travel.
