Its confirmed that Ralf Rangnick will not be able to take charge of Man United, for Friday’s EPL tie with Arsenal.

The newly-appointed interim boss is still waiting for his work visa to be finalized.

In fact, some sources say Rangnick will not be able to start work until the middle of the month, due to delays with the paperwork.
