South Africa’s Olympic football coach has complained of stigmatisation at the Games, after two players and a staff tested positive for Covid-19.

The coach says his squad deserves to be treated humanely, after claiming that he had seen people running away from them.

The Covid-hit South African squad also had to isolate themselves before their match against hosts Japan today, which they lost 1-nil.
