England are through to the quarterfinals of Euro 2020 after beating Germany 2-0 at Wembley.

Raheem Sterling opened the scoring for the home side in the 75th minute, before Harry Kane netted his first goal of the tournament four minutes from time.

This is England’s first win over Germany in the knockout round of a major tournament in 55 years.

The defeat also marks the end of Joachim Low’s time in charge of Germany, with the World Cup winner to step down after 15 years as head coach.
