UEFA Investigating Chelsea's Pedro Neto

 

UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against Chelsea's Pedro Neto after he pushed over a ball boy during a recent Champions League match. 

The league says they're looking into him for unsporting behavior after the Portugal international shoved the youngster in stoppage time, causing him to fall off a chair. 

This sparked an altercation between both sets of players, although Neto did apologize for the incident afterwards.

Lionel Messi's Inter Miami are reportedly planning an ambitious move to sign Man City's Bernardo Silva. 

This, despite reported interest from Serie A clubs Galatasaray and Juventus, as well as his former club, Benfica.  

The 31-year-old will leave City as a free agent once his contract expires at the end of the season after a nine-year spell at the club.

Sweden boss Graham Potter has extended his contract until 2030. Potter says he feels great pride and responsibility at the club, as they seek to qualify for this summer's World Cup.

Meanwhile, George Russell has nabbed pole position ahead of the Sprint Race of the Chinese Grand Prix. 

He's followed by Mercedes teammate Kimi Antonelli who qualified second, while McLaren's World Champion Lando Norris rounds out the top three.
