The 18th George Town Heritage Celebrations 2026 is back! Join us from 4 to 7 July 2026 at the George Town World Heritage Site for this year's theme, "Kongsi Cerita". 📅 4 July 5PM–10PM | Street Festival Featuring 42 cultural workshops and interactive performances, the Street Festival invites everyone to experience George Town’s vibrant multicultural heritage through hands-on craft activities, food demonstrations, traditional performances, and interactive games. In collaboration with LOKA MADE, a special layering stamp activity will also be introduced, welcoming the public to collect and participate. 📅 5–7 July Historic Building Open House Twelve historic buildings within the George Town World Heritage Site will be open to the public for free, offering a rare opportunity to explore the city’s architectural heritage and cultural landscape. 📅 5 July 7AM | George Town Heritage Walk A 5km family-friendly walk starting from Penang Town Hall, taking participants through George Town’s iconic streets and heritage buildings.
