Ee Wei Okay With Missing Uber Cup

Malaysian shuttler Toh Ee Wei has accepted her omission from the Uber Cup squad, saying she is happy to make way for younger players to gain valuable international exposure.  

The 25‑year‑old believes the Uber Cup is an ideal platform for juniors to test themselves in high‑intensity matches without pressure.  

Ee Wei, who has recovered from injury, is now focusing on her return at the Malaysian Masters next month.
