Malaysia are through to the men's team regu sepak takraw final at the Asian Games.

The team staged a comeback in the deciding match to beat Indonesia 2-1.

Malaysia are now within reach of a first Asian Games gold medal in the event since the 1990 edition in Beijing.

Meanwhile, the men's hockey team continued its dominant run at the Asian Games with a 10-0 victory over Thailand.

The Speedy Tigers have now scored 24 goals without conceding in three matches.

In Squash, two of our women’s singles and 2 mixed doubles pairs are through to the quarterfinals.  

Still at the Asian Games, badminton duo Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin will be looking to bounce back quickly when the individual event starts tomorrow.  

This, after they were beaten in the team quarterfinals against Indonesia, which contributed to the squad’s 3-1 defeat.  

So far, Malaysia has three gold medals overall, plus 1 silver and 5 bronze.
