If you’ve been in the market for a new electric ride, Toyota may be one of your best bets.

Besides their long-standing rep as a reliable car brand, Toyota has since launched 3 all-new battery electric vehicles (BEVs), each catering to a different lifestyle.

Toyota’s global vision is a multi-pathway approach to zero neutrality. Realising that there’s no single path to carbon neutrality, the launch is an expansion of their electric line-up which already includes hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and fuel cell vehicles.

Take your pick of the new BEVs

Toyota bZ4X – it’s daily commute like no other

The Toyota bZ4X fulfills the promise of a dedicated EV driving experience, even when you’re just running everyday chores.

The premium all-rounder SUV’s e-TNGA (Electric Toyota New Global Architecture) platform places the battery of the car under the floor. This ensures the vehicle has a low centre of gravity, which then improves driving stability, comfort and handling.

Think a smoother, quieter, and more refined driving experience, specifically curated for daily commute and long-distance travel.

The fast-charging car’s EV usability goes up to 167kW of power, 269Nm of torque, and has a driving range of up to 525km.

Besides that, its exterior is bold and futuristic with a signature hammerhead front design, sharp LED lighting, and a highly aerodynamic body. It’s a car that stands strong, modern and different than the rest.

On top of that, it’s equipped with Toyota Safety Sense, which includes features such as Pre-Collision System and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. When you’re behind the wheel of the bZ4X, you’re driving not just with confidence, but also with peace of mind.

Toyota Hilux BEV – it’s adventure but more

It’s your ever-sturdy Toyota Hilux, now electrified! She’s practical, high-performance, and a step forward for modern driving needs.

The battery for the Hilux BEV is mounted within the vehicle frame to improve structural rigidity and protect the electric powertrain, ensuring the vehicle remains capable when the going gets tough.

Its electric powertrain is designed for efficient operation with lesser maintenance needs, which eventually lowers long-term running costs.

There’s also a dual-motor system, delivering up to 129kW (rear) and 82kW (front), torque of up to 269Nm and 206Nm respectively, plus DC fast-charging capability.

For the environment, the car has zero tailpipe emissions, so both businesses and adventurers can move toward a more sustainable future, while still having a pickup truck.
