Have you attended any concerts by your favourite artists lately? They may have just given your lifespan a boost!
A recent study conducted in the UK by Goldsmith University and O2 has found that attending concerts regularly can help you live longer.
According to the study, 20 minutes at a show "can lead to a 21 percent increase in that feeling of well-being,” and even more studies "directly link high levels of well-being with a lifespan increase of nine years."
"Our research showcases the profound impact gigs have on feelings of health, happiness and well-being - with fortnightly or regular attendance being the key," said Goldsmith University Associate Lecturer Patrick Fagan.
So, save up your money, folks – it looks like attending concerts every two weeks can increase our lifespan up to nine years!
